Obituary of David Walter Seville

David Walter Seville of Camrose, Alberta was born on August 16, 1931 in Lacombe, Alberta.  He passed on May 22, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital in Camrose, Alberta at the age of 90 years.

He resided in the Chigwell, Alberta area east of Lacombe.  The day he finished highschool in 1951 he left home to homestead at Blueberry Mountain and Silver Creek area near Peace River, Alberta until 1957.  In 1957 he moved to Calgary where he met Donna, and they were married on November 18, 1960.  David and Donna lived in Cochrane from 1973-1989.  In 1972 he became part owner of Golden Arrow Manufacturing until the early 1980's.  At this time he went back to school to become a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic.  In 1989, David and Donna moved to Bashaw, Alberta to farm full time until they retired in 2012 and moved into Camrose, Alberta.  

David is survived by his loving wife Donna (nee Nelson); daughters Marjorie (Doug) Niemi, Nancy Seville (Sean), Katherine (Joe) Horvath and Peggy Seville; grandchildren Angela, Dale, Brandon (Julia), Matthew, Jenny, Lindsey, Grace (Gabe) and Curtis; great-grandchildren Jack and Felix; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Charles Leonard and Laura Ellen Seville; sisters Jean Seville and Helen Armstrong; brother Robert Seville and great-granddaughter Ellie Rei Guy.

As per David's wishes, no funeral service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation Heart Function Clinic.
